[DeTomaso] Front hood latch hard to close

The latch bar flexes while shutting the hood, which also resists partly due 
to the hood weatherstrip gaskets which are always old and stiff. There's really 
no way to make it easier except by reinforcing the hood metal IMHO. FWIW- J
