[DeTomaso] Brake Proportioning Valve / Dick Ruzzin

I don't think this is as simples as it sounds.  DPI Racing makes an inline component to go into the line to the rear calipers to slighly delay or soften application of the rear brakes to keep the rear from breaking loose.  Almost the opposite of the "holdoff" Dick described in the front caliper lines (for applying the rear first) to achieve the same result.
