[DeTomaso] Attention California Pantera Owners going to Vegas

Speaking from experience in this department, it's best to go down ahead 
of time, attend the PCNC pre-Vegas tech session and then caravan from 
there with the group.  It's a great time, but means you'll need to leave 
earlier from WA.
