[DeTomaso] Pushbutton Pantera heater box

Hi guys,

Here's the photo of the front side of the heater box from #1256.   The slot 
on the front engages with an opening on the underside of the cowl, right below 
the windshield, and fresh air is ducted into the box; a flapper valve seals it 
off if desired.
