They reduced the level of ZDDP in diesel oil Jan 1, 2007. Here's an additive
that contains high levels of ZDDP:

You have to be careful with the Rotella.  It is my understanding that 
the Feds are reducing the amount of zinc in oil used in diesel motors too.
