[DeTomaso] A presentation on race oil basics from Joe Biggs Oil

OK, so here I was, ready to start using Shell Rotella 30 wt, and now I read this...has there ever been a consensus for which is better, the Shell or the synthetic stuff listed here?  My 351 is fairly stock, so does that make a difference?
