I recomend an aluminium flywheel. I also recomend light wheels for the same 
reason.
I think I had an calculation for heavy wheels and tires here some years ago, 
or maybe
Daniel can put that in to his formula. Even as my engine is big I am using 
an 8 inch
clutch to reduce rotating mass.
