[DeTomaso] Air cleaner

I have experienced no problems or sensed any kind of starvation or stalling
threshold since installing it.

I measured the surface area and the two filters exceeded the shelby style
that I had before as well.

I would add that if I were going to do any extended high performance driving
( track day, ORR, etc. ) I would install a 1" spacer as a precaution.
