M-6250-A342 was a solid lifter cam with specs of: 248/258 degrees duration @ 0.050" (296/306 advertised), 0.580"/0.606" lift I don't have the lobe separation handy but have it at home if you need it. That cam won't be smooth below 3000 RPM or so but will be strong above that. Needs good compression (10.5+:1) to work properly. Dan Jones
