4)- for people with over-sensitive ears, the central antiswaybar bushings 
front & rear if they're made of polyurethane, which can squeak.

Note that for #1, not all u-joints have zerks; in very high horsepower cars, 
the drilling for a zerk fitting has been the source of catastrophic cracking. 
So 'Extra-duty' u-joints don't have them in order to be a little stronger. 
This only applies to engines putting out in excess of maybe 600 horses with 
brutal shifting, or becoming airborn at high rpms without backing out of the 
throttle.
