In assembling the same basic cooling system with the remote thermostat (BMW), I used a band saw to slice small sections (3/16") of pipe with the same ID as the OD of the cooling tube. I cleaned up all sharp edges, soldered the rings on, assembled the whole enchilada, pressured checked it for a couple hours and it's tight and dry. Chuck Adkinson www.pantera.ws
