A common problem, is one forgets to check if the car is ALREADY in the
Registry, first, before progressing.

The next most frequent fault is using 5 digits for the short VIN (for a
Pantera) when the field takes only 4 digits (Pantera only).

The next fault is using a letter (O) versus the number 0.

For example the fault:  THPNMYo4580

Versus the correct: THPNMY04580.

I can't seem to register my car with Chuck Melton's registry.  Does
anyone know how to get hold of Chuck?
