More accurately, after the various flavors of 351C were unavailable, they 
fitted the 351W to the last few (perhaps a hundred?) GT5-S Panteras.   When the 
Pantera was redesigned to become the Pantera Si, from the outset it was 
designed to accept the 5.0 Mustang engine, which is all those cars were ever equipped 
with.   The first few had traditional ZF five-speed gearboxes and the later 
ones had Getrag six-speeds.
