[DeTomaso] Cubic inches to cost cubic money?

You see that this legislation is NOT about cutting greenhouse gasses. It is about raising money. If they wanted us to drive smaller 'cube cars..they should give us tax credits for owning a small motored car. We all know that most of us don't use our cars for daily use. Do you think they would consider that fact..NO! Hell, just putting a tax on gasoline punishs' the largest consumers. This country has enough laws and regulations already. They were debating the Payday Loan business in south carolina last week. One of the legislators said "either let them do it, or stop it"  There is no way to clean it up, as it is predatory. I'm glad the bill failed.
