It's a Ford.   It uses a Ford bolt pattern. :>)

Which is (I believe) the same as Chrysler/Dodge.

You would have to check brake clearance etc. but I'm sure that any spare from 
an 80's five-lug Ford, i.e. Thunderbird etc. would work fine.
