Just the messenger ...

Hello,

If you have contact information for members in Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas,
South Dakota or Iowa, could you please pass this information along. We have
from Pantera Owners in Omaha and Lincoln that are attending, we would love
to see more.......

I would like to personally invite your Area Pantera club members to join
us for the 2008 Treiben Schnell (Fast Impulses) Driving School, April 26 -
27, 2008 at Motorsport Park Hastings, Nebraska. (www.racemph.com). You do
not need to own a BMW, all makes are welcome. You do not have to be a
member of BMW Car Club of America, or drive a BMW, to attend. Please keep
in mind that this is not a racing school but rather a safe, high speed
driving school, conducted on a race track under close supervision by
experienced instructors. You will learn how to handle and control your
vehicle at speeds not normally attained on public roads. This will help to
prepare you for emergencies in normal driving. It will also allow you to
explore your capabilities as a driver and those of your vehicle. At no
time will you be pushed or encouraged to go any faster than is comfortable
for you. All participants will be organized into run groups in accordance
with experience, skill, and type of vehicle. All students will be assigned
an instructor. You will have fun, learn lifelong driving skills and meet
some great people. You can find event details, costs, what to expect at a
High Performance Driving School, and registration information etc. by
visiting our website at (www.bmwccamvc.org).

CLUB LEADERS:
These events are very expensive to host. Each day at the track requires an
investment of over $7,500 and includes insurance, safety teams, track rental
and lots of smaller ancilary fees. Missouri Valley Chapter BMW CCA is
hosting this event and is assuming all financial risk. We are asking
nothing from you other than to promote the event. Here is an opportunity
for you piggy back onto our event, and provide your members with a great
event at no financial risk to your group. If you have any questions, any at
all, please contact me either via this e-mail or call me as I would be happy
to answer. Again, while this is a BMW CCA event, there are always all sorts
of other cars in attendence. Some of the best people I know attend these
events. I appreciate your time and please, if you are not the correct
contact for this information, pass it along to whomever is.

Thanks,

Jeff Gomon, President
