[DeTomaso] Tilt steering wheel

Could use a Steering Collumn from Flaming River.  Then bring it up  without 
needing spacers to get it closer to you.  You could even remount  the Ignition 
switch in a more accessible spot.

Maybe it  would be a wise idea to fabricate such item? Maybe it will need  
another
steering shaft to get a polhem connection closer to tilt  centre. What about 
an
infinite "sliding" adjustment that has a locking  lever the side?
