It's a typo. The Dart 351 aluminum block is actually a 351W-type block.
If you look at the specs, you'll see that it uses standard small-block heads,
and a standard 351W oil pan. The one thing that is unique about this block is
that it uses 351C main bearings, which are reportedly a 'better' size than
standard Windsor bearings.
Geoff Peters in the UK has one of these blocks with AFR heads in his Pantera,
stroked to 427 inches and making 550 hp/550 ft/lbs, while weighing
substantially less than an iron-block motor.
Reportedly the Ford Motorsport aluminum block is superior to both the DART
and Fontana blocks for a variety of reasons, and it also is about $1500 cheaper,
but it is perennially on back-order.
