I have an acomputerized type charger and I use "Jell" setting rather than
"Wet" or "Marine". When I have used the older chargers I set it to 2 amps
and the equivilant of "Wet" and it gradually stabilizes. After a while you
can turn it up to 10 amps, but it takes awhile.
They also don't jump very well.

Best of luck,
jerry knotts
