  Agree with Chuck...exactly my experience....The shiny 'bling' (with frequent track and orr use) does not last long....if it does your not pushing hard enough. ;-]>

temperatures in the 600-750 degrees Fahrenheit range. I have the standard 
aluminized ceramic coating since 1991 and many track events, it dulls
