Sure, the vendors that do fiberglass stuff can get them; they can be had in 
faux carbon fiber too.

If aesthetics are a concern, the Euro L-model cars mounted the rear bumper 
much closer to the body, on short T-shaped mounting brackets rather than the 
hydraulic rams of the US cars.

Hall's fiberglass front bumper doesn't fit well at all, but I've never heard 
any specific issues with the rear bumper.   PI Motorsports, Hall, Precison 
Proformance, Wilkinson, they all probably have what you need, and PI Motorsports 
and Wilkinson at least will have a carbon fiber alternative.
