[DeTomaso] Zinc question

Jim, I'm getting ready to put my heads back on my car and all of the 
discussion on the oil's sounds interesting. I've been using Rotella in my 
diesel engines for my cranes and tug boats for years. I can get this oil in 
30wt,40wt,or 15/40 which would be best for our engines?  Thanks, Mike
