Have to throw my 2 cents in on Quella's tapered bearing 
modification. Had mine done about 5 years ago and ran into
exactly the same problem that Tony D. talked about in his
post. Had to send one of mine back to Dennis for a rebuild
& was told it was water damaged & not covered in 
warranty. Just like Tony, the only way water could have 
gotten past the seal would have been normal driving in an
unexpected rainstorm on the road or a wet track day - I
never use a hose or high pressure washer on my car. I'm
just hoping I don't run into this problem again soon.
