[DeTomaso] De Tomaso 50th Anniversary International meeting?

Hi guys,

I've heard precious little talk about the big 50th Anniversary Celebration of 
the De Tomaso marque, to be held in Modena from 22-24 May of next year.   
This affair is being organized by the Swedish club, and information has been 
published in the POCA newsletter (and the website too, right Mark?), as well as 
here.

With the price of gas plunging, and the dollar at least somewhat holding its 
own against the Euro, it's also looking rather more affordable than just a few 
weeks or months ago.

Gray Gregory and I are going of course; actually we are planning on flying to 
London and hooking up with a small UK contingent and then driving from there, 
sharing various Panteras and whatnot, and stopping off to visit De Tomaso 
friends in France, Germany and Switzerland on the way there and back.

Who else is planning on attending from the USA?   What say you Eurodudes?

Although some might argue that they can't afford to go, I suspect that many 
of those people can't afford NOT to.   All you need to do is spend a little 
time with somebody in an intensive care ward in a hospital, or worse yet, in a 
funeral home, and suddenly your analysis of what is really important in life and 
what you truly can and cannot afford can be altered dramatically....
