>>>Yes--in fact *all* De Tomaso cars, from the first to the GT5-S, carried
wheels by Campagnolo, right up until the Pantera Si and the Guara, whose wheels
were made by somebody else.

The Vallelunga, Mangusta, Pantera, Deauville/Longchamp and GT5/GT5-S Panteras
all carried unique wheels, made especially for De Tomaso by Campagnolo, hence
the casting in the wheel itself.

HIS tires are 225/50-15 instead of the proper 285/40-15 that you have!

>>>Although tire availability ranges from slim to nonexistant for the front,
rear tires continue to be made by Pirelli, if for no other reason that the
fact that the Countach used that size, and Pirelli seems to have made a
commitment to keep those cars supplied forever. (The Countach used a 205/50-15 front,
making for a huge disparity).
