[DeTomaso] DOT-5 Brake luid

Silicone is compressible. This if of little concern in a hand powered bike 
system.
But for a manual small master diameter sportscar system it is disaterous.
However, dot 5 has a few advantages other than compressability which may be
good in any brake system.
