    Actually, the Hindenberg Hot Rod Uncertainty Principle states that you can't measure the cost of an engine and the HP at the same time, because you probably will disapointed with the engine if you try to measure the HP and have to start over and spend more money.

counteracting subatomic particle that can begin to resist this action.
