Thank you everyone for the interesting reading, and for keeping this discussion courteous. 
I've missed our regularly scheduled DeTomaso programming, but I have found this thread 
interesting. 
 
Thank you Ken for posting your source links. I had already found some of them and was 
going to post a summary with these and additional links, but decided to refrain - I don't 
have the time to get sucked into a debate. I also appreciate the many other thoughtful 
responses - on both sides. Again, it's been interesting reading.
 
 
On the lighter side...
 
"The Mustang Ranch and the $750 billion bail-out"
 
Back in 1990, the US Government seized the Mustang Ranch brothel in Nevada for tax evasion and, as required by law, tried to run it.
 
They failed and it closed. Now, we are trusting the economy of our country and 850+ Billion Dollars to a pack of nit-wits who couldn't make money running a whore house and selling booze.
 
Now if that doesn't make you nervous, what does?!
