let's see skilled labor ,, probably worked a whole lot of overtime to get to 130k CAN (90kusa) so 100k is not without a lot of overtime and not for unskilled workers again my pont , hourly workers must be paid for every hour they work if they are required to work 60 hours a week they get paid for it. that is fair.
