As for the "prospective buyer" and "new owner" information, most all of that is already 
available on the various Pantera websites, so I would not consider that as primary 
(read: priority for implementation) for the new website.  I think the POCA website should 
first focus on club content and information, most of which is already on the current site...
 
 - Info about the club and it's history
 - History of the Pantera
 - Member scrapbook album
 - Chapters
 - Events
 - POCA Store with online ordering
 - Registration/joining the club and paying dues online
 - Vendors list
 - etc.
 
But the #1 priority for the new website should be an indexed and searchable TECHNICAL 
LIBRARY containing ALL of the technical articles from past issues of Profiles and the 
newsletters. THAT would be valuable content to club members, both old and new.
