I'd start calling or e-mailing all the Pantera parts vendors for such a rare 
item. And I'd start with Roland Jaeckel in Germany, as he's closer to you. All 
the vendor's e-mails are listed in the POCA newsletter; do you or any of your 
neighbors get this publication? Finally, there are at least two different 
types of rear bumpers so you'll have to have a little more info.... Good luck- J
