[DeTomaso] Upgrade your Veglia gauges with VDO internals

IMHO the hardest part of this project is un-crimping and re-crimping the 
chrome-plated brass surrounds that hold the glass fronts on the gauges. Being 
brass, this can be done approximately once before the brass work-hardens and 
cracks. If you've never done this, Ms. Lucas sounds like a good deal (and they may
