[DeTomaso] Registry hardcopy

I just found there is a Bill Van Ess Registry on eBay.

I've been asked a couple of times if I would produce a paper
version of what it online at www.ProvaMo.com but there is not 
sufficient interest for the amount of work involved.

I have only seen a couple of copies available as it has been
out-of-print for some time.
