[DeTomaso] the late Spencer Cottingham

How saddened I was to hear of Spencer's passing.  Does anyone out  there have 
the details.  He was one great guy, and I loved hearing his  stories about 
representing Lexus at international car shows.  He and  Denise, Phil and Donna 
Dye and myself had many belly laughs together in Vegas  over the years.  We 
always looked forward to seeing each other the next  year.  What a shame to have 
both Spence and Phil gone.
