Great.   The government funded a zillion-dollar quadraped that can carry 350 
pounds, and run at 4 mph, while making noise that can be heard from 20 miles 
away.

Meanwhile, for that amount of money you could have 10,000 HORSES that can 
carry more cargo, and run three times as fast, and are virtually silent.
