FWIW,
 
Several times we have had a thread trying to find a source for the  type of 
adjusting screws used in Pantera chassis braces and camber  bars.
 
These parts are called jack screws and one source  is:

This company has jack screws in sizes from 5/16 to 3/4 inch in  coarse and 
fine threads. A 3/4 inch jack screw in quantities of 1 costs around  $7.
