[DeTomaso] 3M film - paint protector??

What about something more like the layered film that goes on helmet visors?

Several layers could last you a season.  After race, just peel off one  
layer and your rockers look great again.  Mess 'em up next race, peel  
another layer off and it looks great again.

Isn't there something like that out there?
