[DeTomaso] Thermostat Question

     Have any of you guys done a test to determine how much cooler your engine ran with the Robertshaw thermostat as opposed to a properly functioning standard Cleveland thermostat?  My engine gets too hot in traffic.  I have a Robertshaw/Flowcooler ready to install and I am wondering how much it might be able to drop my temp,  assuming both are 180 degree units?
