Bjoern & Jim & Fellow Lutefisk fans. 

I spent my early years up in the Northwest part of America (Seattle) where there were all most as many Norwegian's and Norwegian flags as there were Strips and Strips. .  . .so yea I definately know how to eat Lutefisk...I can't spell it but definately can eat it.  ;-]>

Norwegians had Ballard and Italians had the Rainier Valley (Garlic Gulch) and when my Norwegian buddies came to Garlic Gulch they had to drink our home made wine. <big grin>
