Soooooooo, how's that list coming along Mike? Add on the spinner nut wheel thingy's....
and Michael you may never say it to their face, but you did in print.
Which was the whole point, to laugh at ourselves and our different , individual mods by means of a list ,compliments of one Mr. Drew.
All in fun my man,all in good fun!

It's amazing how long this post about fake valve covers has gone on? Must have been a very slow day?

You know group, I've given this some thought and I have to share my thoughts
at the risk of being ridiculed.

I think one of the really cool things about Pantera's and for the most part
the people who buy them is that each is an individual and we as a group for
the most part change up the cars from stock and it's accepted whereas 1 308,
328, 348, 360 etc. is just that, maybe a different color and maybe wheels.
They all all the same cookie cutter BS and in a parking lot full of them,
you'd have trouble finding yours unless you left your gold chains and Gucci
loafers on the seat and then only if your Mommy wrote your name in your
  shoes.

I have the Hall 17" wheels with the lug covers which had two options, either
a great bog FAKE axle nut ( like a F1 or Indy Car ) or a spinner nut, I
think they look great, not too many out there say unlike FAKE 17" Campy
clones. I also have the rear sway bar nameplate and the suspension arm
covers and I like them, just like almost every Harley Davidson owner adds
something like chrome acorn nuts, front dress up parts, a sissy bar, light
bar, etc. Some have deadly looking spikes, skulls, gay looking ostrich seat
covers, etc. I would no more point out to them that their bikes weren't
cool than I would to any of you.

I've probably seen around 40-50 Panteras in person by now, no two are alike
and thank God for that. Some were plainly not to my liking, I thought some
were downright tacky, So be nice, we depend on each other for support, not
to tear each others cars apart, clearly some of you have GT3/4/5 flares (
missed you at Lemans this year ), Delta wings ( American Heavy, cleared for
runway 36 ) , Revson spoliers, Recaro seats, Hemi's, Racing stripes ( yet
you don't race ) and polished ZF cases ( how much faster does that make the
car go or stop quicker ) messed up air cleaner set ups, etc.

but you know I would NEVER say anything to that person because his car is to
him what mine is to me, FREAKING MINE!
