Not necessarily. The 4 in the part number indicates a 4" stroke and
the 62 indicates it was designed for 6.2" rods.  That implies a 9.5"
deck block.  Try to put it in a 9.2" deck Cleveland block and you may
have to turn down the OD of the crank for clearance.  Also the balance
will be off for 6" rods (and likely worse after the crank OD was turned
down).  You'll end up spending more on the machine labor and mallory
metal than if you had bought the proper crank in the first place.
