The Mustang replacements are truly "one piece" as the hub is cast integral 
with the rotor.

The assertion was made that it's not DOT legal any more for the disc to be a 
separate item from the rotor, which isn't true, because many high-end cars 
equipped with Brembos come that way.   Having a unified rotor/hub is probably 
just a cost savings measure?
