If your window really won't budge...

It sounds like you need to buy a brass window gear.  Actually 3, one for
each door and one for your headlight raise/lower assembly.

I've drafted the procedure to replace a window gear, in SUBSTANTIAL detail
with lots of photos, but I need to finalize it and then assemble/publish it
to my website (under Tech Info), if you can wait a few days.

In the mean time order your parts.  Marlin Jack may have some, PI, Hall, the
usual vendors... and even eBay regularly.

Any suggestions on how to proceed if the plastic gear fails in the window
full up position?  I tried the emergency tool, but the window will not
budge.
