There are several suppliers and several distinct types, Mike. In the current
Jegs & Summit catalogues, they show the old Hi-Tek unit (Holley sells the
Hi-Tek unit with no cast-in name and you might find this at a local speed shop
under Holley's name). Then, there's a new V-shaped dogbone similar to the Hi-Tek
but with the sides & filters set at maybe a 15 degree angle, apparently for
styling. Spector sells a 4" dia tubular assembly with two roundish air cleaners
mounted on the ends some 2 feet away from the carb cap, to hopefully suck
colder air away from the engine. All these units work on single or dual-quad carb
setups, and with throttle body injectors as long as the carb or TBI has a
5-1/4" dia flange.

Be sure any of the above assemblies are spaced far enough above the carb
throat so the top doesn't become a rev-limiter, as some early side-draft type air
cleaners did. Good luck- J Deryke
