[DeTomaso] NPC Excessive speed decals/plaques

Hello, a few months ago someone posted some pics regarding some decals that 
were placed in their car.  The decals were located on the inside of the 
driver's and passenger window.  The decals said something like "Warning, DO 
NOT lower windows when exceeding 130 mph this may cause serious injury."  It 
was something along those lines.

Can someone tell me where the decals or plaques were made or if anyone has a 
contact number?
