That's a Vauxhall VX220.   The same car in LHD was marketed as the Opel 
Speedster.   Made from 2000 to 2005 by Lotus, for GM (who own Vauxhall and Opel).   
It's basically an enlarged Lotus Elise with a slightly different body.

Google it, or Wikipedia.   I'm sure you'll find lots of info.
