[DeTomaso] Sparkplug gap

I prefer non-platinum non-fancy etc....

Good old Autolite.  I have a supply of I think 24, 25 and 26 ?

I'm only guessing here... their gap is .035" I believe.

Hey they LIST DeTomaso Pantera, 1986 (your year?) and the 5.7L (351C?)

How cool that their website lists our car!

Anyway, the coolness drops some when they recommend the Platinum etc...

Which don't work well for our Carburetor engines (they tend to foul easily).

They list stock # 25 with an OEM Gap of .035"

I am replacing my old sparkplugs with new replacements. My system is driven
by an Accel distributor and has a Mallory coil. In all my reading of the
manuals, and searches of the data bases, I have not been able to find a
value for the gap.

Suggestions?
