You use a small flat-blade screwdriver and carefully lift the crimped edge
about 60% of the wat around. This is the only way, and it has perils: the bezels
are usually chromed brass, and after the tedious crimping, prying and
re-crimping, the brass work-hardens. So the next time someone tries to remove a
previously-flexed bezel, the brass cracks! In addition, you'll find that its an
assembly made up of the bezel, a piece of glass, and a square o-ring for sealing,
whivch is slightly compressed. This make reassembly a challenge unless you
continue to pry open more around the circumference so as to release more of the
seal-pressure, or lube the o-ring so it slips easier. A gauge-repair shop
might be your best resource, 'cause if they crack one, they likely will have
spares. Lots of trouble for questionable gains, IMHO- J DeRyke
