[DeTomaso] Suspension Torque Specs

What is the correct torque specification for the nuts on the tapered shaft on new suspension ball joints and tie rod ends and do they need washers? The new replacement joints don't come with washers and the diagram doesn't show any (I have CRS and so I can't remember if the old ones had washers when I disassembled them???). Also, what's the torque spec for the 22MM nuts on each end of the shaft that goes through the bottom of the rear upright and connects it to the bottom A-arm? I've looked in the manual but can't seem to locate torque specs. Am I just missing them or is there another document I need to get that has them? Thanks, Scott
