>>>I'd love to, if I could. The problem is my drain plug is frozen solid,
and I'm afraid if I get too rambunctious in trying to open it up, that I might
damage the thin bottom of the tank, *especially* since my '72 car has been
retrofitted with a '71 tank, which is made of aluminum wrapped in fiberglass, not
steel. :<(

BTW check out this little art collage:

The two pieces on the left were what was in the fuel filter a year ago in Las
Vegas (mixed with about three times as much RTV), I didn't think to keep the
piece I pulled out last week, and the one on the right is the one I got today.

I'm back up and running with 7 psi of fuel pressure now. :>) And, I just
bought a spare banjo bolt and crush washers. I can imagine a nightmare
scenario of having the system plug up again in the desert, in the dark, and having
fumbly hot fingers drop the banjo bolt and have it skitter across the top of the
tank and disappear between the tank and the firewall. The spare banjo bolt
will ensure I don't have to touch it; not having a spare would guarantee I
would be buzzard chow!
